If you’re also interested in making healthy smoothies for own family but not yourself, here’s a favorite at our house: 1/3 of Jamba Juice bag, Stonyfield Soy Yogurt (for the lactose intolerant), frozen pineapple chunks, one scoop of either Wheat Germ, Chia Seeds or Flax, then fill to the line with Pomegranate juice.
I make one for Chris with the green vegetable Jamba Juice packet, pineapple chunks, soy yogurt, water instead of juice and plenty of Chia Seeds. Looks very California-ish.
